In April 2025, The RISE Collective worked alongside Young Westminster for The Level Up Youth Work Conference. The collaborative panel platformed young people across Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, Ealing, Camden, Harrow, and Kensington & Chelsea and gave them an opportunity to discuss their experiences in the youth sector.

The day brought youth practitioners together for training, expert discussions, and networking — building stronger cross-borough connections and sharing practical tools for the future of youth work.

They shared bold ideas on representation, diversity, trusteeship, AI’s impact on youth wellbeing, and opportunities for young carers — offering fresh insight into what young people want from their services.

The conference proved one thing: youth voice is here, and it’s ready to be heard.
