Our consultancy sessions provide space, time, and skills for young people to explore and express their views. This enables young people within organisations to have their ideas listened to and be involved in the decision-making process.

Our co-founder, Mahla, recently worked with the Young Westminster Foundation to co-create a youth voice framework, ensuring young people are influential in decision-making and shaping the future of their borough. At the RISE Collective, we bring a mix of strategic thinking, cultural insight, and lived experience - building processes that work for young people and for your organisation.
